Who is my Bizz Badge Contact?

We are split in to 4 teams at Bizz Badge and you will have a dedicated team to look after your enquiry. If you do not know who your contacts are please speak to us and we can advise. Everyone in the office is happy to help so should you need to speak to someone quickly then you can ask for anyone in the sales team.

How do I need to send artwork?

We ideally need artwork as an eps illustrator file with all fonts converted to outline. If you have difficulties with this with have an in house studio who will be happy to help.

Origination

Origination is charged on most items and on some larger quantities is FOC. For individual prices please contact the sales office. Most of our factories will keep screens/moulds for up to 2 years. Please check with the office with relation to the product you are interested in.

Creating an Account with Bizz Badge

If this is your first order with Bizz Badge then we would ask for you to set up an account form so we can arrange credit terms. Your first order will be payment by proforma – please speak to our accounts team for more information.

What is a standard lead time?

When do you need it? We don’t like to fix dates as anything is possible with our factories. In general we say 3 weeks from approval however do not let this deter you as we have been know to produce items from the far east in less than a week. We also use UK factories for some of our products so turn around can be even quicker than that!

MOQ’s

Our Minimum order quantities are generally 300 pcs however please speak to the office as the factory can sometimes accommodate smaller qtys on various products. Lanyards and badges for example can be ordered as few as 50pcs.

Can you ship to another country?

Yes we can ship outside of the UK, please contact the office for more details.

Can we collect our order?

We have a courier service that we use once our goods have cleared customs and you or your customers are welcome to pick up from here for most of our products. The couriers are aware that they need to be discrete and make no mention of Bizz Badge at any time if your customer is collecting directly.

What happens if things go wrong?

This is not something we like to hear but of course this does sometimes happen and things do not always go to plan. Rest assured if this does occur and there are any issues with your enquiry/order then our goal at Bizz Badge is to work with you and our factories to make things right.
